I've got a domain that points to my IP, this is a single IP for several computers, and when I type in my domain as an URL i get the router configuration page

I've set the following ports to point to the Lan url of my server:
21 22 25 53 80 81 110 143 443 631 953 993 995 1026 1027 3306 3370

How do I get it that entering my domain will end up at my server not my router?

Port80 should do it. Make sure you haven't got your router Remote Connection set to Port80.

shields up dose say the ports are open, but I've checked a bit and I don't think its actually forwarding anything

If you are seeing the router then it is a problem there. Make sure you are forwarding Port80 on TCP in the router config.

It may be set in the uPnP Forwarding settings.

I'm forwarding it on both TCP and UDP

as for uPnP, it simply an on off switch. I turned it on but it didn't make any diffrence

Is your webserver running and is it on Port80?
