Alright so here it is. i have a windows 98 that had the interent working before i installed the ati graphics driver and stuff but after i did the computer no longer works. I have configured my interent and run ona anew linksys router with speedbooster wireless-g 2.4 ghz with 4 ports 3 are in use with a cable connection. When i start up interenet iit goes to the refresh screen (the white one with the writing on it) also at start up it says that this file is not working and to install it with the application (vnetbios.vxd is the name) and this occured even when interenet was working)
Thank you for your time Kyle |

I had a similar error one time on a Windows 98 machine. I installed a new video card and suddenly the network card decided to stop working. What I did to fix it was reinstall both drivers for the network card and the video card. That seemed to work. Hope that helps.
