ok in my system devices my usb disk has this "!" sarounded by a yellow circle. it says its not working properly. i clicked update driver but it said the best driver is already installed but it has a problem. so what can i do to get the driver fixed.

i dont know. how do i check. cause usually when i would plug in usb mass storage device it would have that little green arrow on bottom toolbar but now it doesnt have it cause it got messed up.wheni go into device manager i go to storage device and then it says driver provider microsoft. 6/08/2000. and microsoft windows consumer publisher. the status is code 10.
