Bought my niece a 30gig iPod Video
this past Christmas.
After a couple of months of being tossed
in and out of the book bag the LCD
became cracked.
Needless to say she is 11 and devastated.

I agreed to find a place to have it repaired.
A harder task than I anticipated.
This seemed like the best place on line.

But any one can put up a web site.

Has anyone had any experience dealing with this
company.
Or could someone recommend a reputable place
I could send it to.

Send it back to Apple. Check out their website for support.

iPods are infamous for their easily-cracked screens. This was huge news last year, though in reality it only happened to like 1% of users. I'm pretty sure Apple replace iPods with cracked screens with no fuss.

Thanks Mr Bean and oracle128.
I'll give Apple a try.
Let you know how it turns out.
