What is better internal or external Video capture device. I want to buy one just want to make sure Im getting the best one!!!

A few years ago I would have undoubtedly said Internal, but now that they are USB2 then the speed is no longer a problem.
Personally I like a dedicated capture card like the ATI All-In-Wonder Pro.

I would say internal.
Personly I hate all external drives don't know why just do.
If you are going to be swopping cables alot external might be more convenient.
Also internal might be slightly cheaper.
