hi..when I try to use Help & Support to search I get an error message (with the icon in my post) that says error:object doesn't support this property or method and when I try to use HP instant support it says:automation server can't create object. Hope someone can help thanks

It sounds like you may have corrupt or removed some of the help and support feature.
