Maybe someone can hopefully help me....I have deleted some key websites that I am unable to find that were deleted from my history. Is there anyway that I can look them back up or undelete my history.
Thanks to anyone that can help

Unfortunatly jessi78 there is no practical way to do this.
Windows has no tools for recovering files.
You could try a file recovering program like http://www.diskeeper.com/undelete/undelete.asp but these are not 100% relaable.
Chances are the new internet history has written its self over the old one.
If you told us what the sites were we could help you look.

If you're using XP it probably won't work but, if you have win98, all you need is SpiderBite (http://home.att.net/~gatorgrad/downloadtop.html)
It will show you a list of EVERY site you've ever visited (and give you the option to permanently delete them)
It will access Microsoft's hidden index files. The ones we're not supposed to know about. :D

see if you have any logs in your firewall and/or antivirus. Some of them will keep track of where you have been. Also check your temporary internet folder. If you have not deleted the files in it recently, you might be able to find where you have been.
