Retrive CC info for orders
Hi all, I am trying to help a good neighbor to complete web orders. He has been selling straight to customers and just started to sell on the web but does not know how to retrive the CC info to complete the order. He is using XP on a HP 450Mhz laptop which is slow. He is not good with computers and I am tutoring him to my best ability. I have some knowledge of XP but am used to ME. Any and all help will be much appreciated

is there already a merchant account available or do you need the whole package from the checkout software, merchant account, security, etc?
