I don't know if a thread like this was made before.
On theese links you can check your connection speed.Maybe you'll have to test it different hours of the day to find your average speed.I hope they cover all kinds of connections and everyone:

Note that you can't really rely on any as there are many "hops" between you and their servers.

Even if you choose a server near you, you still may be redirected around or even outside of the country and back again.
