Is it possible to wirelessly join a Mac (G4 running OS 9.2.2, no airport card) to a PC (Gateway FX400 running XP) in order to simultaneously access the Internet via a cable modem? I tried buying a Belkin pre-N wireless router at Staples until an "expert" said that it couldn't be done. I'll probably be upgrading the Mac to OSX 10.4 soon.

Can wireless USB adapters be used? If so, what kind?:hmm:

You need to find a MAC compatible wireless network adaptor (google will help with that). To get pre-n speeds you'll need a pre-n adaptor and that will be a little pricey. However, you can use a 802.11g adaptor with the Belkin router, including an airport card.
