My DSL Modem shows 7168Kbps but my PC isn't downloading faster than 3000Kbps. Is there any way to get my PC to download at the modem speed?

Way connection speed are you suppose to be getting from your ISP? 3 Mbps isn't bad for DSL.

Ims uppposed to be getting 7Mbps and it's ADSL

It seems your not getting near the full speed from quest (SEE HERE (http://www.dslreports.com/archive?zip=&dnsdom=qwest.net&start=Search)). Have you discussed this quest?
