Musicmatch Not Starting Up

Whenever I try to start musicmatch, it will play the intro sound for a second, and the window will pop up for a second, but then it will instantly stop right when the song is going. Please tell me how to correct this. I have version 10, and it just wont start. Oh, and another question. How do I find my username and password to login to musicmatch in case I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. even if I dont have to , I would still like to know that way I can make a back up of it.

I guess the first question would be, was the program working before, then suddenly stopped working? Or is this a new install of the program? If it's the latter, then I'd be inclined to contact Musicmatch asking them about the problem, and do the same for getting the username/password info, since I believe that the username/password feature only comes with the full (paid) version. Also, if it's the "full" version, since you paid for this it only seems logical to me for you to contact Musicmatch for the help needed, after all, it's their program and I'd be hoping they have such problems support.

Umm, no this is a full version. It was working just fine and then all of the sudden it just stops. and luckily I found my username and password, so I wont need help with that :)
