Some pages don't work...?

This is a more recent problem of mine. I'll try going to websites that work for others, but when I click on the link or copy and paste the link into the address bar, I'll get the "page cannot be displayed" page. When I click on the links to go to these pages to begin with, it's like they don't even try to load... they just automatically jump to that page. Yet other sites will work fine at the same time so it's not like my internet has booted me or anything. I try refreshing the page a million times... but nothing, and then later on I'll try again and they usually work.

Anyone know why this is?
