Zonealarms help

Hi all.

After I have installed Zones alarms secruity suite i get the message "unable to connect to true vector service". I click ok and then get "cannont configure access rules". It just won't work at all then not even on reboot.

Any ideas?

What OS?
If XP then Limited or Administrator account?
What version of ZA?

Yeah im the administrator. It's version 6.0.

What was the state of the PC before installing ZA?
Did you have another Firewall? Did you do a virus scan to make sure the system was clean?
