Question CGI error croping up on web page install

Have no idea how to fix this one....

Environment Win2k IIS server with php extensions.

The error is,

An IIS 3 bug can produce this if authentication fails. Other than that, take a look at the site for the script you're trying to install, it's probably documents (perhaps in their FAQ) unless it's something specific to your installation of IIS.

I thought so as well Max. It's got to be something in the script that runs the install as other php pages work fine
