Need help keeping an eye on someone.

My family has the friend who I'll call John. He recently moved in with us because he can't maintain a stable income. Anyways, he usually comes late at night and watches porn on this computer. And every morning I have to run a spyware check and virus scan. I can't "turn him in" because he always clears the cookies, cache, and history. He usually uses Mozilla when we're around but IE is also installed in this computer. I want to know if there is any way we can prove he's looking at porn and potentially harming this computer. Thank for all your help.

I don't know how far you want to go, but since it's your computer you can install a keystroke logger;
http://www.keyghost.com/ is an example of a mechanical device for catching every key stroke entered on your computer. There are software loggers as well.
