Question Ccleaner Unused File Extensions??

When i scan for "issues" in Ccleaner, loads of "Unused File Extensions" come up,as well as uninstallers and Active X issues.
When i try to "fix" these the prog says it has fixed them, but if i rescan, they are still there!
Any ideas?

When I do the same on mine it sometimes takes a couple or three scans/fixes to clear all of them.
Are they exactly the same each time?
