connection lost

have a blueyounder 4mb connection and it keeps crashing.
i have phone telewast twice but still no good they have tryed ping testing whitch return 14ms-28ms whitch is good,then tryed removeing all adware with spyware doctor it removed 53 infection form my pc and 105 from my son pc,but still crashing next i tryed runing hijack this and doing a online scan for virus ( i have been asked to post here).please help :disgust:

How are you connecting to blueyonder ? ... i.e. via a router, wireless router or just a modem ?
Is your son's PC sharing the connection and if so how ?
Any firewall ?
What AV/spyware/adware protection are you using ? .... are you sure the PC(s) are clean ?

sry it as been sorted out now but thank you anyway, it was the downstream frequency set wrong
