Red face Firefox won't open a popup I desperately need

I having a problem accessing certain parts of a webpage on my home PC. TheKnot.com lets you create a wedding guest list, and you are supposed to be able to click on each guest's name and a new window will pop up where you can edit the guest's information. (There are other links on the page that have the same result, but I'm mostly concerned with the guest list capabilities.) When I click on a name, instead of a new window, the original page just reloads itself. If I right-click on the name and copy & paste the link into a new window, it's not the guest list that appears but the original page again. As far as I can tell, this is the only website where I've had this problem. Firefox is my current default browser, but I've also tried this using Internet Explorer. So far I've disabled my Adblockers, spyware blockers, firewall, & virus protectors. I've reinstalled Firefox, created a new profile, & reset my connection & sercurity settings. And I still can't figure out the problem. The settings on my home PC are exactly the same as my office PC, & TheKnot.com functions just fine on the office one. Please help soon!

In Firefox, you can go to Tools>Options, click on "Content" then click on the "Allowed sites" button. Enter the URL of the site and click on the Allow button.

Or just uncheck the block popups option.
