I think I'm in trouble. My boyfriend downloaded a program that is supposed to scan it and see if there are any errors and what not, he went ahead and told it to repair whatever was wrong, it started then all of a sudden a blue screen with some error message stating a certain file couldnt be found and to contact administrator. He restarted it in Safe mode and it did the same thing, then he tried the last known good configuration and same thing. I dont know what to do!! Its our friends computer and she didnt leave us any type of disks or instructions. The program on it is Windows 2000 Pro. Help Please!!
