hp photo manager

I accidentally erased my free HP photo manager and just can`t find a site where I can download this software again .. I really liked this prog , because it was simple to use , and free of pop-ups and other stuff,

I mainly used it to resize my digital photos , and do some basic enhancing [ like contrast , brightness ]

Can anyone here help me find where I can download this prog ?

I have a friend in the USA who has this software , is it possible for her to transfer a copy to me ? neither of us are computer experts ......

My computer uses win xp pro

Hi , I couldn`t say for sure that I`ve located the HP site in question ! but its not for want of trying !! its just possible that this software is now not available ? which would be a pity .... the other options are so full of bells and whistles that you need to go back to college just to learn how to use them !!!

Use www.google.com or www.dogpile.com and do a search for the program.. If it is still available, one of those search engines will find it..

Tried Google and Dogpile Murray , Dogpile DID give different results , but HP photo manager wasn`t located :o(

My friend in Kentucky uses HP photo manager , is there any way for her to give me a copy of the software ? remembering that neither of us are computer experts !

I think that the software I`m looking for ceased to exist in Sept 05 ... something to do with the photo section being taken over by Picasa !

Hi , I downloaded Picasa 2 , and it seems ok , but I can`t get text onto the pic , I tried the caption , but when I export the pic to a folder on desktop no caption was evident is there a facility to put text on , or under the pic ? have tried the help line , but I find it a bit ambiguous !
