Audio properties program

Hi, i recently had to uninstall my audigy 2 plat eX 5.1 cos of some conflicts stopping it working properly and have gone back to using my onboard sound on my abit av8-3rd eye guru. However compared to the quality of the audgy its definately lacking. The audio HQ they supply isnt up to much and i was wondering if there is a good alternate program that can do a similar job to the eax and so on from ther audigy. I realise it wont be as good due to the chip etc but something better than this is gotta be worth a shot.

Short answer - not really (slik purse out of sows' ear stuff)

Long answer - wouldn't it be better to get the Audigy working?

Righto smurfy, figured as much. Didn't have any joy with the audigy here or on the Creative website. It was to do with the volume lowering itself whenever it felt like. i tried every which way and ended up having to give up with it till i do another format/reinstall.
