Video Capture
I have been using an internally installed Xpert-DVD Maker. I recently had my computer updated and re-installed the software e.g. PVR-Plus and Power Producer 2 gold. Everything seems to work o.k except the PVR-Plus in the section which allows me to capture the contents of a video tape from an external VCR. All I get is an error message that "honestech" has encountered a problem and has to close down. Please inform Microsoft about this problem."
This I have done over ten times with nil results. I then tried to capture and burn by using Power producer 2 gold. The Vcd was utterly useless as it could only be read by the program that produced it -- Power-Producer! What is "honestech" and how can fix this problem?
