reformating

hi people can any one tell me how to reformat a pc on windows 2000 with out a floppy drive thanks

Howdy:

Are you trying to reinstall Win2000 or a different OS??

If win2000, just boot using the Win2000 cd.. as long as it is an original cd and key code, it should self-boot..

i dont have my 2000 CD with me at the moment as i not at home i got a 98 disk on me i basicly need to know how to get into dos with out a floppy disk threw 2000

Start>Run type in "command.com" without the quotes.. BUT, you won't be able to format the drive while running in Windows so that probably won't work..

Suggest you get your Win2K cd asap..
