I have a user getting the following message when trying to Empty the deleted items folder in Outlook 2003:
Errors have been detected in the file C;Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost
Quit Outlook and all mail-enabled applications and then use the inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file.
I've opened the inbox repair tool and browsed to the file it's giving the error for and it does nothing but give me another error message saying it cannot find that file.
Any ideas?
