Recurrent problem with my connection, really need help!

Hi, I joined here last week because of my issue and thought it was mended but today it came back so really need some help please!
Started 4 weeks ago and i thought it was done to Norton live update and conflict with aol. After trying everything I took it to be repaired, it got mended, brought it home, reconnected and it happened again. Took back to shop because thought it was their fault but it worked fine there as they had different server although files coruupted etc again so they repaired it again. Once again connected up at home and it all came back. Anyway to cut it short, aol said I had a fault on my line and corrupted aol files, had limited connectivity, spyware was partially covered. Shop repaired again and told me not to reconnect to aol. Cannot use another server so stupid me reconnected. All ok until tonight day 3, aol told me to repair connection and reinstall aol and now problem is back. which is no internet explorer, cannot connect to msn messenger says proxy keyports problem, cannot connect to turbo lister says browser returned unrecognised response, cannot use mozilla. Cannot do anything other then use aol if it doesnt cut me off. So whats happening???
