Does this look normal?

Hi! Please tell me if i should take that image out of the post.

It is my local connection usage(translation?),it's been going from 0-99% to 0% in the last few days, pretty much the way you see it. This was taken during a download. I have a 384 DSL (debateable ). My ISP says that there is nothing wrong with their connections and nothing like this was reported before,so there is pretty much nothing they can do. Do you think i there is something that can be done here?

And one other thing, irrelevant,is it normal for the browser to shut down on it's own? Doesn't happen often but it happens. I'm using Firefox.
I don't know much about internet connections.

I appreciate all the help!

eh. I don't think that stays constant anyway, even when you're doing downloads. It's how much of your bandwidth you're using at any particular time, it can vary.

aside from that point, just be sure your pc is free from downloader trojans and other malware.

I have no malware! I keep it clean

And it does stay constantly this way in the last few days,it goes up and down all the time,no matter what time it is. I am connected to the internet, but it's getting annoying doing this all the time.
Thanks for replying anyway

After troubleshooting a little

Forgot to mention that for a few months now, i've been using the Download Manager Free Edition. The connection was a lot faster untill now! The thing is that i shut it down after this last connection issue and everything seemed to be better.(even if it is shut down,it initializes on it's own when there is a download) so i uninstalled it.This is a picture after the uninstall.

Still not as it was at first but... looking a lot better
