Outlook express

As I try to set up my mail on Outlook Express It won't give me mail from my account
I can get it from Hotmails page but Outlook Express won't give me access to get it. I really want to use outlook as its a great program I don't have any problem connecting to my ISP's e-mail with Outlook Express
Suggestions ??

Thanks

Hotmail no longer provides POP3 access for free. You'll have to pay them to be able to retrieve messages from Hotmail with Outlook Express.

ahh Thanks ok, you have been so quick,,, so my friend wants me to ask a question about the same topic, he uses Outlook Express and every time he open an email it opens in a window about 2 inches square. he has to maximise the email but when he said he open the next it does exactly the same. How do you all make them all open maximised?

Open a message window, hover the cursor over an edge or corner and when the cursor turns into a double-headed arrow, press and hold the left mouse button to drag the window to the size and placement wanted.

Then close that message window. All future message windows will open to the size and placement of the one that was resized.
