Add/remove programe help

here my new problem

i cant add or remove programes on my computer
the programes dont registeron my computer i am at a friends house right now
because i also dont have java on my computer and is said that i need di to no most stuff on my computers internet so how do i fix it

The norton blocked tool5.exe would that be the problem.
and i uninstalled Warez P2P that had to may virus' and i think it uninstalled Java

Sounds like your problem is: viruses and worm etc.:sad:
You will have to clean up that mess first.
If you can post the NAMES for them and we maybe able to get you some help?:confused:
