We have Windows Server 2003 with 4 or 5 printers installed on the server so that when people are connecting in remotely to this server, they can print from the server.
The problem is that since yesterday these printers have been disappearing and reappearing randomly. Right now when you go to "printers and faxes" it shows only "Add Printer" and "MS Docuement Writer", none of the other 5 printers. I've tried restarting the print spooler with no luck...is their anything else I can try here to see if I can get these back up and running? I've got off site employees that cannot print and I don't have an answer for them...
