Appreciate some assistance.

When selecting: Start>Settings>Taskbar & Start Menu>Start Menu Programs tab>Documents Menu>Clear button, by the clear button it says:

Click the clear button to remove the contents of the Documents menu and other personal history lists.

What are the other personal history lists?

Would these include web page history?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes this includes website history. That button will clear all history. I would not clear history that way or cookies that way.
If you want to clear just your history and not temp. internet files. go to control panal>>internet options>> and click clear history.
You can also delete cookies (temp. internet files) in the same window by clicking on delete files under where it says temperary internet files. This will delete them, but will save enough to keep you going. You can manually delete all cookies, but it is not recomended.
You can also set the amount of days you want history kept. The computer will automatically clear history for you. Like if you set it to 2 days then your history will be cleared every 2 days.

Anyway hope that helps.
