console message missing

Hi guys
I've created a shared folder on my server/domain controller but when i connect to it from another computer connected to the domain the option to "send console message" from open files/session on the server is not available.
I have enabled and started the messenger service both on the server and on the client pc but to no avail.
Any ideas as to why the option is not there?

go to a command prompt and type the following:

CD \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32

REGSVR32 SENDCMSG.DLL

Click OK to the message and then type EXIT. It should now appear when you right click on "Shares" in "File Server Management".
