Hello, Everyone (OH No! here he goes again)!! I am using my 98SE while the xp is in for repair and my taskbar disappeared and i can bring it back up by hitting the Winkey, but i dont see the option to Lock it, on the menu when i click on a blank spot! How do you lock the Taskbar? Its easy to do in xp. Tom

settings
taskbar & start menu
under the taskbar options tab , make sure "auto hide" is unchecked and "always on top" is checked.
if it was just moved below the bottom of the screen then all you have to do is move your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen till you see it change to a double arrow <---> and then right click and drag it back up.

Thanks, I had it on always on top, but it seems it disappeared only when i go to this certain web site, when i got back to Yahoo email, it was still gone, had to restart to get it back! Wonder why it disappeared in the first place? it stays locked on my xp! anyhow it is back now. Thanks again
