Happy, Happy, Happy..!!

Got up this morning to a cool 58 degrees. Opened the front door and saw a gentle, low lying fog about 3 feet in dept. Heard the early morning chirping of the Mockingbirds, Cardinals, Sparrows and little wrens. None of my chickens were mutilated during the night and the coffee pot left a pleasent aroma throughout the house.

Let the dog out and sat on the front porch to watch the sky brighten to another beautiful day.! ahhhh that first sip of coffee and the sound of the world waking up!

Ain't life grand?

It all depends on how you look at things
it kind of dark and misty here,like just about rain but not,theres no birds here the city has run them out,dont have any cardinals even those are the state birds, here there lumped in with the bluejays because there a member of the woodpecker family and our city tries to keep there population down.
also sue they wouldn't let chickens here either.
so its a typical fall day cold and damp
and im not looking forward to the snow.
Not tying to be a downer it just is.
Ohio stinks for fall and spring we don't get either.

Life is grand. Woke up this morning to my lovely wife of almost 30 years, a fresh brewed pot of coffee. Also a nice fall day, sunny and no wind, the sun shining off of the lake and the leaves sparkeling with the dew on them. It is great to be alive.

Come on now Iron ol' buddy...the damp and misty weather shrouds the beauty of clandescent meetings of missplaced lovers on their way home.
