I have an ibm notepad with win nt4 but cant log on as administrator because i dont Know the password?

Suggest you re-install as we cannot help you hack/crack or bypass passwords..

Hook your hardrive up to another computer as a slave and clear it..
(I advise you only do this if you dont care for loosing all you info..)
