Great link, Dude. Now I can call my congressman and tell him what to do or what my concerns are. I'll be completely ignored, of course, and the people that pay the most, putting bucks in their pockets, will have it done their way.:D
What do you mean I have no confidence? I'm confident it will happen as such.

So is a skunk.

I have written to my congressman and when they bother to write back they either sidestep the issue or tell you that you are wrong because you don't know all the facts. They do what the people who line their pockets tell them to do.

"So is a skunk."
Both are true as most all skunks are politicians and vice versa.:D
There is good reason to bash politicians. They promise this and that.
We vote for them. They then do what they dam well please.
It's a shame and a sham. Like an oxymoron, Trust-Politician:sad:

it's not nice to insult skunks like this. Politicians are giving skunks a bad name. :D

When enough people contact congress, senators, etc. they wake up and listen. It is when little to no one contacts them that they think they can have things their way. Tell them what you think. Get involved. Noone can complain if they don't stand up for what they believe.

unfortunately most get so much emails they don't even bother to read them. Their staff will read and only forward the important ones.

So who decides the important ones?
Minus many people banding together to get their attention, I would be mostly satisfied if they would live up to their campaign promises originally made.
Famous words: "I listen to my constituents." And the moon is cheese.
