where to get info?

Hello Everyone,, This friend of mine needs his battery replaced in his pc, he says its an "CTX INTERNATIONAL' Model # DXYYYZZ with Windows 95 has anyone ever heard of this Model and where can he get a print out of the position of the Battery?

Tom, here (http://www.ctxintl.com/sts/) is their support site. It looks like they stopped dealing in Notebooks and PC's in 1999 but if he emails them, perhaps he will get some help.
