Hello.. whenever I boot up my computer and go onto a user and it says the explorer.exe failed to initialize and it would give a (0xc0000005). I had this problem before except that wouldn't show up and all I would have to do is Ctrl + Alt + Del switch user, go on a different user and my desktop and all the icons would show up. Now on all users it would happen and I would have to use Ctrl + Alt + Del to get into any program. I went regeditor and tried to delete the two keys that someone suggested. Except I didn't have either and I double checked to see if I did the right steps.. and I did. I was thinking if i scanned my computer and quarentined all the viruses it would work and no more.. but it didn't mcafee deleted 5 trojans and I quarentined 4 other viruses. I have no other solutions and am tired of ctrl + alt +del everything. Please try to help me thanks:happy:

You may have to insert your XP Installation CD, when running sfc /scannow.
