Windows Media Player Error - Help?!

When I try to copy from my media player to CD i get an error box saying 'There is no child playlist availablefor this media item at this time'. I have used music that ive copied to the computer and stuff thats already there but it seems to be the same message - please can anyone help???

I would check first:run a virus scan?
What ver. of Media Player do you have? make sure you have all the updates for it. This is a new one on me! Have you downloaded the plug in's?:disgust:

i have up to date virus software and its also an ex-open university one so is very sercure! Im not sure what version it is, where do you download updates from? Im not sure about plug in :confused: it says when im about to copy 'using roxio' but i dont think i have roxio on there :hmm: very confusing
