i have a camcorder with some biking footage on it, and i want to get it on my computer, edit it into a video, and then export to vhs.
i read a couple other posts asking things kinda like this, and i'm getting the idea i have to buy some sort of card that has tv in/out capabilities, or something like that. is that all?
and say i buy this card, does it have to replace my current video card, or anything else?
and i know this is really off topic, but would anyone be able to suggest a good camcorder (vhs or digital, preferably digital) that captures really good picture and is tough as well? i'm talking coldness and heat mostly, but possibly some banging around too.
