This is my setup: one iMac running 9.2.2 with an airport card, one iBook running OS X 10.3.9 with a DLink DWL 122 ethenet adaptor, one iMac running Linux (Ubuntu 5.10), DLink DI-524 router. Only the Linux machine is connected directly to the router.
Here's my problem: the router worked fine just long enough to do the initial setup and then for a few hours more. Then the LAN ports all went dead. The wireless ports work just fine. When the linux machine is turned on the LAN light came on for a few minutes then died again.
If anyone has any ideas to solve this vexing problem I would be grateful.
