Hi chaps and chapesses

I'm doing an online course via the local college and we have access to the "Electric Paper" at home.
Suddenly and for no reason I can work out, my computer won't let me download the Authorware which means I can't access the "lessons". I can get into the site and the first pages of the programme, but cannot open the individual modules. I'm running Windows ME and I've tried it on my laptop too which runs XP Home. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong please?

Hi
My pop up blocker is a wanadoo inbuilt one and I'm not running a firewall.
I've tried to download the authorware whilst holding down the ctrl key to stop the pop up blocker to no avail. I went to Macromedia site and tried to download Flash player and that won't download either.
