Is there a "broadcast live" radio online service that charges $9/yr or a low price per "year" and hopfully a canadian service, if not canadian than a low price per "year". Something that supports Windows Media?

Example: Where "I" choose the music selection and LIVE talk.

Oh yeah IceCast, I think I came across that one before, a few months ago maybe.

You know this kind of reminds me of a guy that said, his marks were low in school, but he was going to pass in style. Mission Impossible like, maybe.
