View Full Version : Cannot shut off Out of Office Asst

We are currently running in a Windows 2k server, 2k exchange, citrix.

We have one person that cannot shut-off the out of office assistant, when they click Tools>> Out of Office Assistant the following error message pops up:

The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension.

I have gone on Microsoft's website, and found a fix if you are running the program locally, but we are running programs on a server thru Citrix.

Does anyone have any ideas on this??

Never mind, I figured it out.

The out of office assistant has got
Disabled. You need to enable it.
1. Open Outlook client
2. Go to Help option.
3. Click on "About Microsoft office outlook"
4. After this a licensed window appears, Click on the option "Disabled items"
5. Enable the Items in this window.
