these sites, are forums on CTH
each forum has a NEW TOPIC button at the top.

you select what forum is suitable for your sort of problem, then post a new topic.

you can reply in somebody elses topc
you can also reply to an answer you was given.
that is done with REPLY.

you might look around some, and maybe you find the "are you pulling my leg forum", but I reckon the regulars there are way too advanced.
