outlook 2003

hi all,

my problem is that outlook 2003 wont send mail. It was doing fine up until about 2 days ago and now it wont send it says it found the server but it got no response. I've called my isp and they verified that the server is good and that my settings are correct. I also pinged my smtp server from command prompt and its all good. packets sent and recieved. What could the problem be. It was just working.

I was trying to run some tools from my isp and it told me that I didnt have IE installed on this machine, so I figured something was wrong with my registry. I got acelogix and ran all their tools and this morning my outlook is working fine. Not sure what the exact problem was , but it working now.
