Language options

PLEASE HELP!!!
Ive been giving a laptop from my belgian father-in-law. Trouble is all the settings are in dutch. Does any anybody know how i can switch languages
Its a dell Laptop, with windows 98se installed. (Pentium II, 64MB)
Any help at all would be extremely greatful.

Depends, if the Dutch version of Windows 98 is loaded, you may be out of luck. You can try this:

Start | Settings | Control Panel

Double click the Keyboard ICON, you can change the language there under Language TAB.
