Hi my wife is a teacher and uses Teachers Report Assistant to write pupil reports. She does most of them on this computer but she,s done one on the laptop and we just can,t get it over to this computer for printing.
We,ve tried puting it on memory stick and floppy disc but none work.
Adobe says cannot open file because it,s not suported or corrupt.
I,ve tried to get it into the teachers report program but cant.
The file is Turtle.zdb it,s been driving me mad this.
Hope someone knows something about this program. Thanks.

why can you not temporary unplug the printer from the other computer and just plug it to the laptop. With that extension, that may be the only way to do it unless you have a home network.

Install the same Teacher software on your other computer then the files will print. Is this it?

If you don't want to do that then you could export the .zdb files on the laptop to .pdf file format using a program like PrimoPDF. They could then be transferred and printed using any computer that has Adobe Reader.

Hi thanks for tips, I do have the same program on both computers and even the same program couldent open it. Really wiered.
So I did the obvious loaded the printer software into laptop and printed it that way.
This was major because my setup makes getting at the back of computer really hard dismanteling the desk and drawers around it. I,ve conected the printer to a usb at front of computer now so if I need it, it,ll be easy.
Thanks again.
