ICS Problems

Hey everyone, I have a problem and i have no idea how to fix it. I have a wireless connection on my desktop pc and an ethernet port. I used my ethernet port to hook up my Xbox to xbox live and shared my wireless internet. My problem is that now my programs (dreamweaver and limewire) cannot connect to the internet anymore. I turned off my ICS and i now connect through the ethernet port to the internet. Anyone know what is wrong?

When you had ICS could you still access the internet through a browser?

When ICS is enabled what is the IP and Default Gateway address on the PC?

You can get these from a command prompt
ipconfig /all

I dont know if anyone cares, but it was a weird program that was blocking the ports. I just did a clean boot and it let me. Thanks for the help anyway!
