Hi All, I have my entire ripped music collection in artist folders, which all live in 1 shared music folder on my PC. Media Player organises the whole thing perfectly by album and artist, and every track is present & correct when I import.
iTunes also used to be perfect to - I could go to 'add folder', point it to the shared music folder, then it would add every artist, album + song. Hovever recently I installed the latest version of iTunes and now it only imports songs from artists starting with numbers or the letter a!!! How insane is that! Can anyone shed some light on this wacky problem as I am going mad trying to sort it out. I have changed the status of every file in the folder to un-check 'read only' but it doesn't help. Any ideas?
